Tamara supports all departments in Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences. She is responsible for the processing of Faculty Appointments inclusive of Part-Time Lecturers, Coadjutants, Teaching & Graduate Assistants, Non Tenure-Track and Tenure-Track positions. She also oversees the process for Post-Doctoral Associates, Short- Term Visitor and Courtesy appointments. With the implementation of background checks, Tamara provides direction on the policies dictated by University Human Resources for her departments and reviews/approves department postings on the integrated online recruitment platform in ROCS (Recruitment, Onboarding and Classification System). 

Tamara joined Rutgers University and the School of Arts and Sciences in January of 2014. Tamara holds an Associate’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
