Rosemary is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of the human resources programs and policies affecting the School of Arts and Sciences employees (including Class 1 Staff, Class 3 and 4 hourly, and Class 5 Student Hourly).  Rosemary facilitates the compensation programs for staff and faculty.  Rosemary and her team provide timely, accurate, and strategic advice to supervisors, chairs/directors, and staff throughout the School of Arts and Sciences with regards to Rutgers University human resources policies and procedures; assist in the implementation of management decisions regarding human resources actions; and, oversee compliance with regulatory an statutory employment guidelines.  Rosemary consults with supervisors, chairs/directors, and staff on all phases of the employment cycle from organizational needs analysis and position development through termination/retirement.  Area specific guidance is provided for succession planning, organizational/employee development, and performance management. 

Rosemary joined the School of Arts and Sciences in 2007 and did a four year stint in Rutgers Global where she had both personnel and finance responsibilities, returning to SAS in 2015.  Rosemary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Rutgers University (Douglass College) and has a Master’s degree in Management from Thomas Edison State University.
