Victoria serves as the primary contact for the SAS-HR Operations team.  Victoria handles all aspects of Class 4 Casual and Seasonal hiring and Class 4 Casual reappointments.  Victoria facilitates the recruitment process for Class 1 staff positions by scheduling interviews, pulling applicant materials, and providing resource binders for SAS New Employee Orientations.  She serves as an I-9 and HCM preparer to onboard employees (Staff, Faculty and Students), and works with UHR to ensure all School of Arts and Sciences employees are in compliance with federal I-9 regulations.  She is responsible for maintaining a Staff Projections spreadsheet to keep track of new positions, position vacancies, reclassifications, and in-grade salary adjustments.  Victoria also assists with Faculty and Staff Compensation programs and notifications.  She coordinates logistics and event planning for the School of Arts and Sciences Staff Excellence Recognition Awards and other SAS-HR workshops/training sessions. 

Victoria joined the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office as a Class 4 Clerical Assistant Seasonal in December of 2016 and accepted a Class 1 position in April of 2017.  Victoria has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Kean University.
