Tenured and Tenured-Track Promotion Instructions for Chairs & Department Administrators - Session 1

This session will review the instructions and process on submitting promotion packets for department chairs and administrators. Session 1 will discuss 30-day, pre-solicitation, and solicitation letters, the selection of confidential letter writers, the Form 3 and Form 3a's. Session 2, scheduled for May 2021, will cover the other areas of the promotion process.
The session will be conducted via Zoom. When you register for the training session, you will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with the Zoom link a few days before the scheduled session. Please note that as an additional security measure, the session will be locked ten minutes after the session has begun and you will not be able to join the session once it is locked.
