Location : Livingston Student Center Room 201AB

In collaboration with University Public Safety, prior to the pandemic, we held several Active Shooter training sessions in light of threats and acts of violence at colleges and universities. Per the University's guidelines, "An active shooter situation is defined as any incident in which a person or persons armed with a deadly weapon is actively and presently employing the weapons against innocent victims." The training session provides guidelines for employees that could help reduce personal risk in the event of an Active Shooter Situation.

Please note, completion of this training is mandatory for all employees in the SAS Dean's Office, therefore if you have not attended an Active Shooter training session, please make every effort to attend this session. If you attended one of our previous sessions, you are not required to attend this session.

Please RSVP by November 9, 2022 at https://secure.sas.rutgers.edu/apps/invite/event/Active_Shooter_situation_Training Please note space is limited so please register at your earliest opportunity.
