One on OneThe One-on-One program is for new full-time staff within SAS. This program pairs employees in a mentoring relationship to foster professional development and career growth while building an inclusive culture and diverse networks.
 

Length of the Program
• The recommended time frame of each mentoring partnership is twelve months.
• Continuation of the mentoring relationship will be up to the discretion of the mentoring pair.

Suggested Expectations, Goals, and Outcomes
• The mentoring pair will determine the structure, goals, and outcomes for the mentoring cycle. Some goals may include: increasing organizational/career knowledge; enhance professional skills; and/or establish networking opportunities.
• Activities should be planned during the normal workday. Please work with your supervisor regarding scheduling needs in your department/unit.

How to Get Started
• To get started you must first complete an interest form. Your supervisor will receive an email notifying them of your interest. 
• You will be contacted when you have been matched into a mentoring pair.
